• Support the Business Excellence team in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices taking into account global best standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Support the Business Excellence team in developing detailed proposals and project charters including defining of scope, outlining the work to be performed, budgetary support, schedule and resources needed.
• Support and contribute in implementation of projects, including but not limited to managing distributed tasks, research, data collection and cleansing, financial / statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, solutions development, process modelling, etc.
• Ensure timely execution of project tasks, while adhering to directions from the Business Excellence team as well as project governance requirements. Support the team in providing periodic status updates to Project Sponsors and key Stakeholders on project status, progress against actual plan.
• Work closely with the Business Excellence team for completion of all project tasks and secure Sponsor approval to outcomes / deliverables, update learnings’ log and fulfil adherence to document / knowledge management requirements.
