You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setting each year for the department
• Interact with the whole team regularly to have a full understanding of customers feedback, delivery improvement, issues, and appropriate plans for project progress
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
• Ensure that the industry standard about safety and hygiene is always followed and that the team is well trained to the latest updates
• Coordinate between all parties: Contractors, Employees, and Kitchen suppliers
