- Ensure that the overall maintenance of all meeting rooms and related equipment is checked continuously and any fall back is reported to the Director of Catering & Events in order to maintain the high standards of performance and Guest satisfaction
- Actively ask for Guest feedback during and after the event and encourage the Guest to submit the Guest Satisfaction Survey
- Compose, publish and distribute to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing banquets, a daily function and weekly function sheet
- Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales Managers correspondence, i.e. answering mail, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, memos etc
- Conducts the departmental training program in line with the company's SOP's, to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction and service standards
