Responsibility:
•Bilingual Arabic and English is preferred
•Experience in providing professional training in his area ofexpertise for at least 3-5 years
• Practicalexperience in Finance/IFRS implementation
•Should have relevant professionalqualification/certification/credentials based on his field (e.g.CMA/CFA/CPA)
• Experience in the KSA marketand public sector would be a plus
• High levelof technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly withPowerpoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent spokenand written English skills
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
•Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends)
• Pleasant, dynamic and proactive individual with abilityto take ownership
• Ability to develop andmanage good relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well in a team as well asindependently
• Work closely with theresourcing team to build a pool of trusted SMEs who can deliverwithin his areas of expertise and train them to ensure consistencyof quality delivered to clients in accordance with PwC AcademyTraining Methodology and Gamified Learning Strategy.
• Deliver appropriate training sessions related to areasof expertise (open & corporate) to reduce sourcing externaltrainers.
• Develop/review course content inaccordance with agreed course objectives
•Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual trainingsessions, and lectures.
• Prepare hard copytraining materials such as module summaries, handouts, worksheets,videos, and presentations.
• Train and guidenew trainers within his expertise.
• Attendclient meetings & catch ups whennecessary
