Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop training couse objective, course outline, lesson plans, evaluation plans, training programme, trainer guide, learner plan, assessment plan and risk assessment to ensure that all training is up-to-date and meets the standard practice as per the applicable regulatory authorities.
Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of our company.
Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
