Responsibilities:
- Develop training couse objective, course outline, lesson plans, evaluation plans, training programme, trainer guide, learner plan, assessment plan and risk assessment to ensure that all training is up-to-date and meets the standard practice as per the applicable regulatory authorities.
- Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
- Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of our company.
- Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
