Responsibilities:
- Reports to SAFO and assist in the development of department goal and objectives with SAFO, As member of the command staff.
- Develop training couse objective, couse outline, tests, lesson plans, Training Programme, Trainer Guide , Learner plan , Assessment plan, Risk Assessment to endure that all firefighter trainings are up todate and meets the standard of practice for Fire service standards as per GCAA Structured Learning Programme SLP
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
