You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Responsible for designing and executing global recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to source and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Identify talent trends in the market, focus on market research, and share inputs to the business team and reporting manager to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and providing feedback on further improvement for internal selection process.
• Advise decision makers to help them achieve their business objectives and provide recruitment recommendations
Your Qualifications
• Proven track record in leading Talent Acquisition within fast-paced environment.
• Ideally experience with a mix of Agency & In-house Recruitment.
• Must have excellent communication and sourcing and skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets and kpis
