- Processing medical insurance claims.
- Ensuring the best customer service is delivered.
- Handling administrative issues relating to the role.
- Filling up policy requisition forms.
- Auditing insurance claims and detecting any coding errors or performing any modifications
- needed.
- Reviewing patient records using medical coding procedures.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Ensures legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as Kuwait insurance regulations.
- Translating all the required tasks in the medical sector.
- Provide requested training for reception/HIM staff
- Regularly monitor and audit insurance and HIM activities and generate reports for management
- Performs any other task requested by CMO and Head of Unit.
