Air Traffic Control (ATC) Specialist

• Create and manage the ATC Training Program, FLT, and FCT, inspected training record documentation for accuracy, completeness, and standardization, and provide staff with inspection results at least monthly
• Ensure needs are met, and enforce facility compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Implement air traffic control plans, procedures, agreements, and airspace requirements and ensured the adherence of the Radar and Tower Controller to outlined regulations.
• Responsible for guiding and assisting host nation in the overall the safe and orderly flow of air traffic within their designated airspace.
• Maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift.
• Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders.
