- Support the operations team on matters related to training, professional development, and performance management
- Responsible to ensure we achieve key OKR’s for the Operations team and individual KPIs within the team
- Hire and assist with the training of all team members
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure processes and daily operations drive customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for global strategic planning and client maintenance by implementing plans to prevent service issues and taking the necessary corrective measures to solve complex situations with clients and their supported employees
- Drive client satisfaction and retention with sincerity and passion, and approach trouble-shooting as an opportunity to establish integrity and continuous improvement.
