- Receives and processes diet order lists from nursing units (checks diet sheet with the diet card based from the meal ordering report in the SAP system according to each meal.)
- Responsible for Nasogastric feeding preparation based on dietitian or doctor order.
- Visits patients' with modified diet and adjust their diet orders.
- Follows meal plan of patient's on special diet based from therapeutic dietitian assessment.
- Supervises tray line: Monitors the tray identification, check type, quantity and quality of patient food and ensures that the tray display meets the standards established by the hospital.
- Generates monthly reports to Head of Dietary on patients with nutrition care plan.
- Summarizes the total number of daily and monthly meals for administrative and finance use.
- Audits compliance to catering Food Safety standards and generates reports to Head of Dietary.
- Assists catering supervisor in monitoring meal consumption and wastage, inventory levels and other different tasks like Menu analysis.
- Reports to catering supervisor kitchen performance, incidences, areas of improvements.
