Formerly General Controller for Acer IMETA region for 9 years responsible for Finance (reporting to head office, including statutory audit and preparation of audit pack), Human Resources, Logistics Operations and Administration. Extensive India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa experience covering equity, corporate and project finance. Experience in formation of JV, related due diligence in Turkey. Experience in setting subsidiaries, Representative offices in India and Saudi Arabia, Middle East.
