The most effective way for us to demonstrate to staff that we really do believe that they are our greatest asset is investing in training for our staff.
Wide-ranging expat companies moving into remote areas in Africa have limited training resources, which as a result mean they must differentiate their investment in employees. As a rule, identified senior staff i.e., current, and future leaders get the largest percentage of the investment.
However, QFM’s fundamental belief that is that every employee, especially those lower down in the organization, make a difference to the way our customers experience our company, the quality of our service and the general culture of the organization.
