Established in 1982, Al Houda invests, operates and provides asset management to the Bukhamseen Holding hotel portfolio in Kuwait, Cairo, UAE and Iraq. Over 35 years, the company has become a leading player in the region’s hospitality sector and an important contributor to Kuwait’s tourism. Its partnerships with international brands such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Intercontinental and Ramada are key to this. Al Houda provides operational support, legal and contract negotiations, finance and bench marking assistance projects and FF&E approval process to the group hotels. We provide hospitality services to Al Diwan Amiri in Kuwait for both Bayan and Seif Palaces. Among its areas of expertise, the management team delivers outstanding pre-opening and opening expertise for new Bukhamseen Holding hotels. Future plans include developing the Stalybridge Suites brand in Kuwait, negotiation of a number of hotel brands exclusivity agreements and manage owned hotels
