تُعد شروط الخدمة التالية، والتي تشمل سياسة الخصوصية، وسياسة حقوق الملكية الفكرية، وأي إرشادات أو سياسات أو محتوى معروض على الموقع، اتفاقية قانونية مُلزمة بينك ("المستخدم"، "أنت") وشركة Dr Job FZ LLC ("د.جوب"، "نحن")، ويُشار إليهما معًا باسم "شروط الخدمة".

تعريفات رئيسية

• الباحثين عن عمل: إنشاء ملف شخصي كباحث عن عمل، والتقديم على الوظائف المتاحة، وتلقي الردود من أصحاب العمل (شركات أو مكاتب توظيف).
• الحساب : هو الحساب الذي ينشئه الموقع عند التسجيل.
• الموقع الإلكتروني : يشير إلى الموقع الذي تديره شركة Dr.Job على www.drjobpro.com أو www.drjobs.ae أو أي رابط بديل.

توفر منصة د.جوب

تسعى Dr.Job لتوفير منصتها دون انقطاعات كبيرة. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان التوفر المستمر بسبب أعمال الصيانة أو المشكلات التقنية الخارجة عن سيطرة Dr.Job (مثل القوة القاهرة أو أخطاء من طرف ثالث).

وبحسب تطور التكنولوجيا، لا يمكن استبعاد وجود أخطاء برمجية رغم بذل أقصى درجات العناية.

أهلية المستخدم والتسجيل

الأهلية

• يجب أن تكون كيانًا قانونيًا أو فردًا يبلغ من العمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر وله الأهلية القانونية للتعاقد.
• يجب أن توافق على جميع الشروط والأحكام المدرجة هنا.
• توافق على

التسجيل

• لتصبح مستخدمًا مسجلاً وتصل إلى الخدمات:
• يجب عليك التسجيل للحصول على حساب.
• يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة وكاملة.
• يجب تحديث معلوماتك للحفاظ على دقتها.

الحسابات والملفات الشخصية

• عند التسجيل، ينشئ الموقع حسابك.
• يجب عليك تقديم بريد إلكتروني، ورقم جوال، وكلمة مرور.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصة بك.
• تُفوض Dr.Job لاعتبار أي شخص يستخدم الموقع ببياناتك بأنه أنت.

العضوية

• توفر Dr.Job خيارات عضوية متنوعة تعتمد على:
• حالة المستخدم المسجل (باحث عن عمل).
• يتم الاختيار اثناء التسجيل
• تعديلات العضوية (ترقية أو تخفيض) بعد إتمام التسجيل.

العلاقة

الباحثين عن وظائف

سياسة توصيل الخدمة

• يتم إعادة توجيه الباحثين عن عمل الذين يتقدمون عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة إلى بوابة البحث عن الوظائف لتعبئة البيانات وتحميل المستندات اللازمة (مثل السيرة الذاتية، الصورة الشخصية، السيرة الذاتية بالفيديو) بعد تأكيد الدفع.
• يتم تحويل المستخدمين تلقائيًا إلى البوابة عند الدفع باستخدام بطاقة الخصم أو الائتمان.

معاملات متعددة

• قد يتحمل الباحثون عن عمل باستخدام بطاقات الخصم أو الائتمان رسوم خدمات إضافية.
• لا تقدم Dr. Job خدمات أو منتجات لأي من الدول الخاضعة لعقوبات OFAC، وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

التزامات الباحثين عن عمل

مسؤولية المحتوى

• الباحثون عن عمل مسؤولون بشكل كامل عن محتوى ملفاتهم الشخصية، وإعلانات الوظائف، والتواصلات الخاصة بهم.
• يجب ان تكون المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة ومطابقة للقانون
• يُحظر تحميل أي محتوى جنسي، إباحي، غير أخلاقي، سياسي متطرف، أو غير قانوني بأي شكل من الأشكال.
• لا يُسمح للباحثين عن عمل بإنشاء أو إدارة ملفات شخصية لطرف ثالث.

السرية

• يجب على الباحثين عن عمل التعامل بسرية تامة مع الرسائل والبريد الإلكتروني المستلم من الآخرين، وعدم الكشف عنها بدون إذن صريح.

النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات

• يجب على الباحثين عن عمل الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية محدثة لجميع العروض والمعلومات التي تم نشرها على المنصة.

الاستخدام المخصص

• يُحظر استخدام منصة Dr.Job لأي غرض غير التوظيف، بما في ذلك:

• جمع البيانات
• الاستغلال التجاري
• إنشاء قواعد بيانات أو دلائل باستخدام بيانات Dr.Job.

القيود

• يُحظر استخدام الروبوتات أو أدوات الزحف أو السكربتات دون إذن مسبق.
• لا يجوز للباحثين عن عمل إحداث ضغط أو تحميل زائد على بنية Dr.Job التحتية.

أحكام اخرى \ الاستخدام المحظور

سياسة المحتوى وتصرفات المستخدمين

• يجوز لـ Dr.Job حذف الإعلانات أو الحسابات إذا تبيّن أنها غير مناسبة أو مسيئة أو مضللة أو حساسة.

إجراءات التنفيذ ومسؤولية المستخدمين

• تحتفظ د.جوب بالحق في
• تحذير المستخدمين
• حذف المحتوى
• حظر المستخدمين
• إنهاء الحسابات
• كما يجوز لها التحقق من المحتوى وتعديله أو حذفه عند الضرورة.

شرط السن للمستخدمين

• يجب أن يكون جميع المستخدمين بعمر 18 سنة أو أكثر، وإلا سيتم حذف حساباتهم.

• يمكن للمرشحين ان

  • التقديم للوظائف
  • إقامة علاقة مهنية
  • ترشيح للوظائف الاخرى
• تتوفر عضوية أساسية مجانية
• تتطلب بعض الميزات الكاملة الحصول على عضوية Dr.Job Premium.

إبرام العقد مع د.جوب للمرشحين

العضوية المجانية الأساسية

• يتم إبرام العقد عند التسجيل بنجاح

6.2 فتح وتعديل الملف الشخصي مجانًا

• فتح وتعديل الملف الشخصي مجانًا.

6.3 الحصول على العضوية المميزة

• يشمل شراء العضوية المميزة خيارات لتصحيح الأخطاء قبل التأكيد النهائي.

6.4 الخدمات الإضافية

• تشمل كتابة السيرة الذاتية، ورسائل التغطية، وملفات لينكدإن، وخدمة التوظيف العكسي.
• هذه خدمات لمرة واحدة وغير قابلة للاسترداد.

6.5 خدمات التوظيف العكسي

• تعتبر الخدمة مكتملة بمجرد تقديم طلبات التوظيف أو عدم الحاجة إليها.

6.6 تأكيد العقد

• يتم إرسال بريد إلكتروني تلقائي يحتوي على محتوى العقد.

Salary Benchmark and Third-Party Information

The salary benchmark or the salary information provided merely represent an estimated average value for that level among market leaders. This can vary significantly from company to company. The actual salary to be earned depends on factors such as salary negotiating skills, the employee’s performance and professional experience. In addition, the size and location of the company as well as its specific needs and specific salary structure play a role.

Please note that the salary benchmark stated by Dr.Job does not have an impact on the remuneration actually paid or to be earned for the position offered by the specific company. Rather, it is an estimated target salary for market leaders in the relevant segment. It is intended to serve as a guideline for Users in the assessment of open positions, the assessment of Users’ own career milestones and as support during salary negotiations. This is explicitly not the salary offered or usually paid by the specific companies.

Excellence Guarantees

• Dr.Job strives for customer satisfaction but cannot guarantee job placements or promotions.
• Users are responsible for implementing advice and action plans.

8.1 Job Postings

• Job availability is not guaranteed.
• Employers may delete or fill listings.
• Jobseekers should visit the portal daily for up-to-date opportunities.

8.2 Reverse Recruiting

• No guarantee of interviews or employment.
• Success rate is high (90% within 3 months).

Third-Party Links / Jobs Integration

• Some job listings are posted by third parties.
• Jobseekers are responsible for information shared with third parties.

Communications

• Jobseekers will receive updates about:
  • Job vacancies,
  • Career tips,
  • Profile matches,
  • Subscription notices,
  • Employer feedback.

Renewal of Service

• Payments made by PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard are automatically renewed.
• Renewal rates remain unchanged.

Term and Termination of Membership

12.1 Termination of Free Membership

• Both parties may terminate at any time.

12.2 Termination of Premium Membership

• Premium memberships are renewed unless properly terminated.

12.3 Termination of Reverse Recruiting Access

• Access ends after service completion.

12.5 Dr.Job’s Right to Extraordinary Termination

• Dr.Job may terminate if the Candidate:
  • Intentionally provides false information upon registration or ordering,
  • Provides false information during later amendments to the Candidate’s data,
  • Repeatedly violates these General Terms and Conditions despite previous warnings.
• Dr.Job may take action within the period set pursuant to Clause 4.

• UAE law governs all transactions, disputes, and claims.

Refunds & Cancellations

16.1 Service Nature

• Dr.Job provides a platform for job seekers but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

16.2 No Refunds

• No refunds under any circumstances.

16.3 Non-Transferable

• Purchases are non-transferable.

16.4 Subscription Service

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if canceled early.

16.5 Service Availability

• Job availability is not guaranteed.

16.6 User Responsibilities

• Jobseekers are responsible for accurate information in their profiles.

16.7 Add-On Services

• Refunds before work starts may incur administrative fees.
• No refunds after work assignment.

16.8 Reverse Recruiting Services

• Reverse recruiting service fees are non-refundable.

16.9 Subscription Cancellation Timing

• Cancellation must be made 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

Candidate Obligations with Dr. Job

• The Candidate shall not include commercial advertising in the Candidate’s profile for their own or third-party commercial benefit (e.g., other websites or service telephone numbers).
• Photos submitted to Dr.Job for profile publication must be up-to-date and allow the User to be identified.
• Candidates make applications freely and are not subject to advice, influence, or instructions by Dr.Job.
• Dr.Job does not assume responsibility or liability towards third parties in this respect.

Payment Conditions for Candidates

18.1 3D Secure Authentication

To ensure complete security for transactions, the subscriber is required to complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This process provides an additional layer of security to protect payment information and enhance the protection of the account and platform.

• First Payment: The subscriber must complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This step is mandatory to complete the transaction. Once the authentication is successfully completed for the first time, it will not be necessary to authenticate again unless there is a change in the payment method or if the bank or card issuer requests re-authentication.

18.2 Subscription Renewal

• When the subscription is renewed, the subscriber will not be required to complete the 3D Secure authentication.
• The subscription will be renewed automatically using the payment method registered with Dr. Job until the subscriber cancels the subscription via the website.

18.3 Subscriber Consent

• By providing payment details and completing the first payment, you explicitly agree to:
  • The use of 3D Secure to complete the first payment transaction only.
  • The recurring renewal of the subscription without needing to re-enter 3D Secure authentication for recurring payments, after the first payment only, unless:
    • There is a change in the payment method,
    • The bank or card issuer requests re-authentication.
• You understand that this process is essential to ensure the security and protection of your personal account and the Dr. Job platform.

18.4 Data Protection and Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your payment information.
• Payment information is processed and stored by an accredited service provider within the UAE, according to the highest security standards and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• By using Dr. Job services, you agree to the processing of your personal data and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Charges

• Jobseekers can make secured payments via debit/credit card.
• All rates are exclusive of VAT; a 5% value-added tax will be included in the total.
• Rates are subject to change.
• All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
• You will be responsible for payment of the applicable subscription fee amount for the Services (the "Service Subscription Fee") at the time you create your account and select your monthly or annual package (each, a "Service Commencement Date").
• Your subscription to the Services is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Your subscription to the Services will automatically renew for successive terms equal in length to the initial term (each, a "Renewal Term").
• You may terminate your access to the Services at any time.
• Dr. Job services are designed to meet job seekers' budgets to enjoy the premium services.
• Job seekers who have availed the services can explore and apply to all job vacancies posted.
• Our modes of payment are made accessible for job seekers; just select your budget and choose the right plan for you.
• We accept online payments using:
  • Paypal,
  • Career Billing,
  • بطاقات الائتمان/الخصم من فيزا وماستركارد بالدرهم الإماراتي.
