Wet Utilities Lead

Design & Engineering

• Lead the design and technical development of water wastewater stormwater and irrigation networks.
• Perform detailed hydraulic modeling for gravity systems and pressurized networks.
• Prepare highquality engineering drawings design reports and BOQs using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.

Project Delivery

• Oversee planning tendering and construction supervision activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review contractor submissions shop drawings method statements and material approvals.

Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

• Liaise with government authorities utility providers consultants and developers.
• Ensure compliance with local standards international best practices and project specifications.
• Support obtaining NOCs approvals and permits.

Quality & Risk Management

• Conduct site assessments technical evaluations and design reviews.
• Identify risks propose mitigation measures and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of water-related infrastructure networks.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D AutoCAD and leading hydraulic modeling software (e.g. WaterGEMS SewerGEMS EPANET).
• Strong understanding of regional authority regulations and infrastructure standards.
• Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale development or master planning projects is an advantage.
