Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve productivity quality and safety standards. Responsible for shift operations and reporting performance to management.
Must have at least 2 years experience in a leadership role and have the following attributes - Decisive disciplined fair motivated problem-solving mindset confident communicator.
Requirements
Manage staff allocation and monitor shift output.
Enforce health safety and 5S housekeeping standards.
Track KPIs and maintain records.
Train and mentor team members.
Liaise with transport and logistics coordinators.
