Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting Oversight

• Take ownership of pending reconciliations and help bring books up to date.
  

• Ensure due processes are setup for inter-company accounting
  

• Supervise monthly quarterly and annual financial closings
  

• Ensure compliance with local reporting standards
  

• Review financial statements and management reports
  

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Set financial strategy aligned with business goals and operations
  

• Advise the CEO and board on financial planning risks and opportunities
  

• Oversee capital allocation funding strategies and investment decisions
  

• Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency
  

• Provide necessary guidance to the Accounting team on an ongoing basis
  

• Review detailed budgets forecasts and variance analysis
  

• Monitor profitability by business unit and product line
  

• Lead scenario modeling to support strategic decisions
  

• Establish KPIs and dashboards for financial visibility
  

• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies
  

• Conduct periodic financial risk assessments
  

• Oversee Zoho Books setup and optimise for better controls
  

• CA or equivalent professional qualification required
  

• 15 25 years of senior finance leadership experience preferably in manufacturing
  

• Utilize Zoho Books effectively to manage reports reconciliations and overall financial accuracy
  

• Proven expertise in strategic financial planning budgeting and forecasting
  

• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance frameworks
  

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills
  

• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive performance
