• Execute the regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Lead coach and develop regional sales leaders and account directors.
• Drive pipeline growth forecast accuracy sales execution and operational excellence.
• Recruit and develop top talent while building a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Marketing Product Client Services Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to maximize growth and customer success.
• Build executive relationships with enterprise businesses government and financial services customers.
• Grow strategic channel and partner relationships across the region.
• Partner with Mastercard to identify co-sell opportunities and expand shared customer engagement.

• Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing SaaS or enterprise technology sales organizations.
• Strong expertise in forecasting pipeline management and sales operations.
• Track record selling complex enterprise solutions to enterprise and public sector customers.
• Experience engaging C-level and technical buyers using a consultative sales approach.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and partner management skills.
• Cybersecurity threat intelligence cloud security or enterprise software experience.
• Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Established executive relationships across enterprise businesses government and financial services organizations in the region.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
