Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Site Engineer (Mechanical) to oversee and execute mechanical works on high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and expertise in plumbing drainage water supply and firefighting systems while ensuring work is completed according to project specifications quality standards and construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute all mechanical MEP site activities.
Coordinate daily site operations with consultants subcontractors and other engineering disciplines.
Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings project specifications and applicable standards.
Monitor site progress quality and safety to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
Plan and coordinate material requirements manpower allocation and site resources.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
Support testing commissioning snagging and project handover activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and health & safety requirements.
Liaise with project management to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
35 years of site execution experience in high-rise building construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of:
Plumbing Systems
Drainage Systems
Water Supply Systems
Firefighting Systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Good understanding of UAE construction practices codes and standards.
Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
