They specialize in curating bespoke travel experiences for discerning individuals and corporate clients and they are seeking a talented and experienced Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Travel Consultant youll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable journeys for our clients. Were looking for someone with a strong network of clients across the UAE adept at both individual and corporate travel arrangements. Your expertise in using Amadeus or Galileo travel agency software will be invaluable in ensuring seamless bookings and exceptional service delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients understanding their unique travel preferences and requirements.
  
• Utilize your extensive network to secure bookings for flights accommodations transportation and other travel services.
  
• Expertly navigate Amadeus or Galileo travel agency systems to efficiently manage reservations ticketing and itinerary planning.
  
• Provide personalized recommendations and insights on destinations activities and travel options to enhance client experiences.
  
• Collaborate closely with airlines hotels and other travel suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.
  
• Handle inquiries resolve travelrelated issues and provide comprehensive support throughout the booking and travel process
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
  
• Strong database of individual and corporate clients across the UAE.
  
• Proficiency in using Amadeus or Galileo travel agency software is essential.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a customercentric approach to service delivery.
  
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy and organization.
  
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
  
• A passion for travel and a deep understanding of global destinations cultures and travel trends.
