Test Specialist

• Set up and configure electrical test stations based on engineering procedures.
• Integrate and connect test equipment such as oscilloscopes power supplies signal generators spectrum analyzers and multimeters.
• Prepare test fixtures for different devices under test (DUTs).
• Execute test procedures accurately and document test results.
• Analyze test data troubleshoot issues and support failure investigations with engineers.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies.
• Assist in training junior technicians on test equipment and procedures.

• Diploma or Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field.
• 04 years of experience in electrical/electronic testing and measurement.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters power supplies spectrum analyzers etc.).
• Strong understanding of basic electronics circuits and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read schematics technical drawings and test procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with test software and data acquisition systems.
• Basic Python knowledge for test automation is a plus.
• RF testing experience (network analyzers signal generators etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
