Job Responsibilities:
Lead an outbound telesales unit of up to 2025 telesales staff.
Responsible for overall profitability of the Telesales channel.
Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
Ensure adherence to SLAs defined for outbound sales call center
Hiring training and providing coaching and assisting team members.
Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and handle customer complaints and escalations.
Ensuring compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 13 years in leadership role in telecom or banking.
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Skills & Abilities:
Good Team Management Communication
Knowledge of banking products mandatory.
Relationship and Leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills.
