Tax or Audit Managers

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in auditing, tax, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, corporate returns, federal tax returns, partnership returns, and combined state tax returns.
• Proven experience in financial auditing OR tax preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
