Key Responsibilities:

Business Services Community Communication (60%)

• Lead the development of Asia Business Services Community SharePoint, from visual and graphical design to content development and user’s assess management.
• Create Business Services Community Communication & Engagement Strategy and lead execution to ensure Business Services employees are well informed, engaged into the happenings.
• Write and curating content about Business Services quarterly/monthly e-newsletter along with different stakeholders in CHANEL local, regional and Global in Asia Pacific.
• Lead the development of Future of Business Services video or communication poster/flyer
• Lead and collaborate Finance & HR leaders to enhance Business Services onboarding journey
• Be the leader of the Business Services Community Lead and build long lasting relationship with Regional/local Finance/HR Community team to ensure alignment of content curated.
• Establish ways to monitor community engagement result and suggest new ideas for continuous improvement.
