The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in supporting BESIXs growth and operational success across the African region by ensuring the organization attracts engages and hires the right talent in a competitive and diverse market. The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers providing market intelligence talent insights and recruitment expertise that enable informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.

What Youll Drive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Africa region.
• Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers providing market insights hiring advice and recruitment strategies tailored to African markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the Africa region.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and local talent platforms.
• Screen shortlist and interview candidates and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Attend and support interviews ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Serve as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market promoting the companys culture values and career opportunities across Africa.
• Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient transparent and agile recruitment practices.
• Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives career fairs university partnerships and talent attraction activities across the African region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment partners educational institutions and industry networks to support hiring objectives across Africa.
• Monitor recruitment market trends talent availability and compensation benchmarks across key African countries to support informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition ideally within construction engineering or large corporate environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
• Highly proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive markets
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local labor laws and nationalisation programs is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work from the office on full time basis
