The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in supporting BESIXs growth and operational success across the African region by ensuring the organization attracts engages and hires the right talent in a competitive and diverse market. The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers providing market intelligence talent insights and recruitment expertise that enable informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
What Youll Drive
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Africa region.
- Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers providing market insights hiring advice and recruitment strategies tailored to African markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the Africa region.
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and local talent platforms.
- Screen shortlist and interview candidates and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Attend and support interviews ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Serve as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market promoting the companys culture values and career opportunities across Africa.
- Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient transparent and agile recruitment practices.
- Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives career fairs university partnerships and talent attraction activities across the African region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment partners educational institutions and industry networks to support hiring objectives across Africa.
- Monitor recruitment market trends talent availability and compensation benchmarks across key African countries to support informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications :
Youre a Great Fit If You Have
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition ideally within construction engineering or large corporate environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
- Highly proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sourcing expertise and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive markets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and nationalisation programs is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work from the office on full time basis
