Specialist Prosthodontist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Design and fabricate oral prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and dental implants
• Ensure proper fit, function, and esthetics of prostheses through adjustments and modifications
• Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure accurate fabrication and delivery of prostheses
• Coordinate and integrate treatment with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and proper use and care of prostheses
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of prosthodontics through continuous learning and professional development
  

Requirements

• Dental degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Prosthodontist
• Board certification in Prosthodontics
• Proven experience in designing and fabricating complex oral prostheses
• Extensive knowledge of prosthodontic principles, practices, and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex prosthodontic cases
