The integrated KOmbatchain ecosystem creates new earning opportunities for athletes, provides never-before-seen protections for active fighters and will develop new pathways into boxing by developing and investing at the grassroots level. The KOmbatchain marketing & communications is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our brand. They are tasked with developing high-impact, iconic and culturally relevant creative for consumer marketing, content and experiences across our rapidly growing brand.

As KOmbatchain Social Media Manager you can expect to:

• Be hands on within the KOmbatchain social media team.
• Manage our organic social strategy to drive growth and high-level engagement across current and relevant emerging social channels
• Manage the social media calendar, including production and scheduling of content across all social channels
• Create social first content in partnership with our creative design and marketing teams - optimising its use for different platforms
• Work with influencers and content creators to create best-in-class social media content
• Help to build out our influencer programme to create a community of influencers who will contribute to, engage with and share KOmbatchain content
• Use a test and learn approach to drive meaningful social media metrics for the brand, conducting experiments that will bring a growth hacking mentality to our social strategy
• Develop acquisition funnels that will take people from social media through a demand generation journey
• Develop world class customer stories that are brought to life on social in the most engaging mediums
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage and execute social campaigns and product launches
• Use audience, social media and customer insights to help develop ideas that will resonate with our audience and community

The skills and experience required for the role:

• 5+ years of progressively senior hands-on social media management experience
• Demonstrable experience working with blockchain and/or cryptocurrency clients or extensive experience within boxing/sports.
• Proven community management experience
• Complete and up-to-date knowledge across social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok) and any future platforms that would benefit the brand
• Proficient with social media listening, analytics, scheduling tools and advocacy tools
• Familiarity with both online and offline marketing activities.
• Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building online forums, starting an ambassador program, creating event series)
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies & trends, and a strong interest in crypto culture are big plus.
• Ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders and people around the business to ensure social media is at the forefront of people s minds
• You have an eye for detail, are well-organised and used to working on multiple tasks, using data to validate ideas and measure impact
• Fluent written & spoken English is required with excellent communication skills.
