Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs.

Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of repair status.

Coordinate estimates approvals and vehicle delivery.

Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma or in a relevant field

34 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in the heavy commercial vehicle segment

Salary: AED 7000/month
