Senior Sales Engineer BMS, Controls

What you will do

The Senior Sales Engineer - BMS Controls is a key role contributing to growth and managing major accounts reporting directly to Sales Manager Controls UAE

Based in Abu Dhabi the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts Pull through & retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.

How you will do it

• Compliance: Adhere to company processes policies and compliances
• Market Strategy: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.
• Business Development: Focus on AMC contracts retrofit jobs control optimization and digital solution selling.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.
• Collaboration: Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions.
• Proposal Preparation: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.

What we look for

• Bachelors degree preferably in electrical Mechanical Electronics Instrumentation Engineering or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
• Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs
• License: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
• Determined results and self-driven maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
