Your role:

In this role your key responsibilities will be the following:

• Initiate all approvals as per the process.

• documentation and customer creation

• Job booking and issuing PI

• Job release create PR and process b2b orders

• Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer

• Take delivery approval as per the process.

• Prepare documents required along with the deliveries.

• Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning.

• Get signed DO and invoice the job.

• Update forecast file.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree

• 0-2 years experience experience in sales coordinator preferably HVAC industry

• Excel Knowledge

• SAP knowledge preferable

• Self-motivated Team player result oriented and with effective communication skills.

• This role is only for Emirati candidates
