- Handle and convert company-generated leads into successful sales
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities in the UAE market
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings (virtual & in-person)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
- Stay updated on market trends property values and new developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum 23 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing property deals
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven target-oriented and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- 100% commission-based role (no fixed salary)
- High commission percentage (e.g. 35%60% per deal)
- Company-generated qualified leads provided
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
