This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fullstack development: Design build and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and frontend.
- System architecture: Contribute to solution design ensuring scalability performance and security.
- Agile delivery: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (designers product managers QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Code quality: Write clean maintainable and testable code; conduct peer reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services and enterprise systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers share best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Backend: Expert-level knowledge of Java 11 with deep hands-on experience in the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data Spring Security).
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in and its core principles along with experience with popular React state management libraries (Redux Context API).
- API & Microservices: Proven experience in building and designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Databases: Solid experience with both SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI).
- Experience with TypeScript on the frontend.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like .
- Familiarity with message brokers (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with performance monitoring and application profiling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- A proactive results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality.

Required Education:
