Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in finance team management and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting functions while supporting business operations in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing financial statements and MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
• Oversee office administration and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders auditors vendors and clients.
• Drive process improvements cost control measures and operational efficiency initiatives.

• 7–8 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
• Qualified CA preferred (CA Finalists will also be considered).
• Strong experience in team handling and operational management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
• Excellent communication leadership and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners in Dubai preferred.
