Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Scaffolding Supervisor in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffold erection modification and dismantling activities.
- Ensure compliance with GCC safety regulations and site standards.
- Inspect scaffolding before use and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate scaffold teams and allocate daily work assignments.
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe work practices.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
- Ensure timely completion of scaffolding work.
Required Skills
- Scaffolding supervision and inspection.
- Knowledge of GCC safety regulations.
- Team leadership and workforce management.
- Hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Site coordination and communication.
Preferred Skills
- Scaffolding Supervisor certification.
- Knowledge of international HSE standards.
- Experience on large industrial or construction projects.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must have GCC experience in scaffolding supervision. Experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred with a strong understanding of safety procedures and scaffold inspection.
Education
- Minimum: ITI / Diploma
- Preferred: Relevant Safety Certification
- Additional: Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
