Scaffolding Supervisor

• Supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities at offshore sites.
• Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards project specifications and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments inspections and safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) before commencing work.
• Manage scaffolding teams ensuring proper allocation of manpower and adherence to safety protocols.
• Inspect scaffolding structures to verify stability load capacity and compliance with work permits.
• Coordinate with construction maintenance and HSE teams to ensure scaffolding supports operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities materials used and permits issued.
• Train and mentor scaffolders on best practices hazard identification and offshore safety measures.
• Participate in audits incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure proper tagging (Green Yellow Red) of scaffolding structures as per industry standards.

Qualifications :

• Certification in Scaffolding (CISRS TUV or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN OSHA and ADNOC scaffolding regulations.
• Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET H2S PTW Work at Height).
• Experience in managing scaffolding operations in hazardous offshore environments.
• Strong leadership communication and safety enforcement skills.

Additional Information :

• Familiarity with ADNOC offshore procedures and work permit systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for scaffolding requirements.
• Experience working in offshore rotations and managing multi-national teams.
