Key Responsibilities
- Erect modify and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and site requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding components before use and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
- Install scaffold boards platforms guardrails toe boards ladders braces and access systems correctly.
- Ensure scaffolding is properly secured levelled and stable.
- Follow approved scaffolding procedures method statements and safety requirements.
- Work safely at height and use required PPE and fall-protection equipment.
- Assist supervisors during scaffold inspections and modifications.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding work areas.
- Report damaged or defective scaffolding materials immediately.
- Coordinate with construction maintenance and other site teams to meet work requirements.
- Follow all company HSE policies and site safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction industrial oil & gas or maintenance projects.
- Good knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques.
- Ability to understand basic scaffolding drawings and instructions.
- Knowledge of safe working-at-height practices.
- Physically fit and capable of working at height and in outdoor/site conditions.
- Relevant scaffolding certification or competency card is preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Safety Requirements
The candidate must strictly comply with site HSE procedures PPE requirements working-at-height regulations and scaffolding safety standards at all times.
