We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a hunter and relationship builder who can identify new business opportunities acquire corporate fleet customers and maximize revenue from managed accounts. This role requires someone who is commercially driven customer-focused and passionate about technology-enabled fleet solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and acquire new corporate accounts within the UAE automotive and fleet sector.
Generate revenue by selling Bayanats fleet management and maintenance solutions.
Build manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
Work closely with technical operations and customer success teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Stay informed about market trends competitors and customer needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of UAE automotive industry sales experience (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Active UAE Residence Visa.
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
Strong network within the UAE automotive fleet leasing rental or mobility sectors is highly preferred.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently. Experience selling any of the following is highly desirable:
