Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the healthcare team

- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent certification

- Valid Registered Nurse license in Dubai, UAE

- 1-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

- Proficient in English language

- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
