Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers.

- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

- Maintain a strong network of potential buyers and sellers.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

- Negotiate terms of sale to achieve the best deal for clients.

- Prepare and present property listings to potential clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- Possession of a valid UAE driving license or eligibility for conversion to a UAE license.

- ADREC license or the capability to obtain one before commencing real estate activities in Abu Dhabi.

- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Preferred Nationalities: German, Algerian, Tunisian, Armenian, American, Jordanian, Palestinian.

- Known Languages: English, Arabic, Russian, German.
