Real Estate Agent - Jewels Homes Real Estate Brokerage

Role Description: This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Senior Property Consultant at Jewels Homes Real Estate Brokerage. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for daily consulting customer service sales and real estate tasks. The role is located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work.

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a real estate setting
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for investment
• Negotiate and close property deals ensuring favorable terms for clients
• Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials to clients
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in property regulations
• Coordinate property viewings and inspections for clients
• Assist clients in obtaining financing for property purchases
• Manage the documentation and legal processes involved in property transactions
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and potential buyers
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment opportunities

This position is on a commission basis (No basic Salary). Minimum 1year experience in Dubai real estate market (Developer or Brokerage) is required. Familiarity with Dubais real estate market and RERA regulations fluency in English and/or other languages and having a car are musthaves for this role.
