Verify dimensions workmanship finishes and assembly quality using appropriate measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Identify record and report non-conforming materials or products and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare inspection reports quality records and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Ensure compliance with approved quality plans inspection and test plans (ITPs) and company procedures.
Coordinate with production engineering and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Civil Engineering Manufacturing or a related discipline.
Minimum 35 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in joinery furniture manufacturing metal fabrication interior fit-out or construction materials is preferred.
Knowledge of inspection and testing procedures.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
