Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality of civil structural and finishing works.
Inspect materials workmanship and completed activities as per project requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers site engineers consultants and subcontractors.
Prepare inspection requests (IR) checklists and quality reports.
Verify that works are executed as per approved method statements and ITP requirements.
Identify defects/non-conformities and report for corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection records and quality reports.
Monitor testing activities and maintain quality records.
Assist in maintaining project quality standards and handover documentation.
Conduct routine site checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as QA/QC Inspector in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.
Good knowledge of civil construction inspection procedures.
Familiarity with drawings specifications checklists and inspection documentation.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
