Position: Project Sales Executive (Wood Viny Carpet)

Overview:

Responsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients including builders architects interior designers and contractors while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify approach and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
Build and maintain relationships with architects builders and contractors.
Present product portfolios samples and technical specifications to clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations negotiations and order closures.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in project sales preferably in flooring tiles or building materials.
Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
