ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning urban development and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubais planning regulations authority approval processes and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
- Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters including GFA population and traffic studies (TIS).
- Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.
- Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement including clients consultants and government entities.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear actionable updates.
- Maintain financial oversight including payment approvals and budget tracking.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven track record in master planning urban planning and infrastructure delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures.
- Excellent organisational analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
Architectural background is a plus
