ملخص الوظيفة
- Manage and supervise day-to-day bridge maintenance activities to ensure works are completed safely on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the Client Consultant subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and approved work procedures.
- Plan and allocate manpower equipment and materials for efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health Safety Environment (HSE) and Quality requirements.
- Review technical drawings method statements and work schedules.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 810 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance bridge rehabilitation or similar infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE.
- Experience working with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices construction methods and project execution.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Additional Information :
- Strong project planning and site coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
