Context > For a prestigious long-term initiative in the GCC region we are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the development of large-scale industrial and logistics ecosystems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role throughout the development lifecycle coordinating complex workstreams and engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of world-class industrial platforms

Tasks/Responsibilities > 1) Lead the development of large-scale industrial and logistics ecosystems from concept through execution. 2) Oversee master development activities ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and long-term economic development plans. 3) Drive investor attraction initiatives and collaborate with public and private stakeholders to secure strategic investments. 4) Coordinate the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure required to support industrial and logistics developments. 5) Manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners across planning engineering commercial and operational workstreams. 6) Ensure effective governance risk management and program execution throughout all project phases. 7) Support the transition from development into operational readiness where required.

Requisites > 1) Proven track record as Program Director Project Director or equivalent leadership role in the development of mega industrial logistics economic or special economic zones. 2) Extensive experience covering the full development phase including Master development planning Investor attraction and commercial development Infrastructure planning and delivery. 3) Strong stakeholder management experience within complex multi-billion-dollar development programs. 4) Previous experience in the operational management of large-scale industrial and logistics ecosystems will be highly appreciated. 5) Experience working on GCC or other large international development programs is considered a strong advantage 6) Previous experience with leading international Management Consulting firms (MBB or Tier-1/Tier-2 Consulting firms) is highly valued. 7) Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 8) Ability to operate effectively within multicultultural envinroments
