Were hiring a female Pilates Instructor to join our growing team instructors at Ginger Wellness Collectivein Abu Dhabi.
Ginger Wellness Collective delivers premium wellness experiences directly to clients homes across Abu Dhabi. Our services include:
Pilates
Strength training
Yoga
Mobility coaching
Prenatal & postnatal wellness
We provide all equipment mats weights music and aromatherapy creating a seamless luxury experience for every client.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Youll deliver:
1:1 private Pilates sessions
Small group classes (maximum 4 clients)
Youll follow pre-designed class plans while bringing your own energy professionalism and client care to every session.
Salary: AED per month (take home tax free)
Company car available
Maximum 30 classes per week (typically around 25)
Minimum one full day off weekly
Holds a Mat Pilates qualification
Has strong client-facing and communication skills
Understands anatomy alignment and injury prevention
Can create a warm professional luxury client experience
Is physically fit and comfortable carrying equipment (2025kg)
Is respectful and culturally aware within the UAE
Reformer Pilates

Boxing/Cardio
Physiotherapy
EMS training
A UAE or transferable driving licence is preferred.
