Paymaster & General Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient General Cashier / Paymaster to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for managing cash transactions maintaining financial records and ensuring accurate payroll processing for our organization.

• Handle cash transactions including receiving payments issuing receipts and managing petty cash
• Process payroll for employees ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile accounts daily
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers with precision
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and financial matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Implement and maintain cash control procedures to prevent loss and fraud

Qualifications :

• Experience with the Oasys System is a MUST.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar cashier or paymaster role
• Proven experience in cash handling and financial record-keeping
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
