Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and administrative activities of the company.
Supervise and coordinate a sales team engineering team or whichever team assigned.
Ensure smooth workflow between departments
Handle office administration documentation and reporting
Maintain inventory records and operational data
Coordinate with suppliers clients and internal staff
Monitor employee attendance discipline and performance
Support management in process improvement and operational planning
Ensure timely completion of operational tasks and company requirements
Maintain proper filing systems and office procedures
